Pricing

What does the price include?

The price includes delivery, pickup, the rental days on the size card, and the included weight for that size. Taxes and any city franchise fee show as separate lines before you pay.

What happens if I go over the included weight?

The disposal site weighs the container.

If the weight is more than the included weight, we charge the extra-ton rate on your quote.

Can I keep it longer?

Yes. Extend from your tracking page any time before pickup. Extra days use the per-day rate on your quote.

Delivery

How soon can you deliver?

The calendar in the booking flow shows the earliest open day for your size. We book next-day in most of the service area when a truck and container are free.

Do I need to be home?

No. Tell us where to set the container in the placement notes or drop a pin on the map. The driver takes a photo at drop-off. You get the photo on your tracking page.

Will it damage my driveway?

Drivers set boards under the rails on request. Do not place the container on soft ground after heavy rain. Keep the approach clear of parked cars and low branches.

Do I need a permit for the street?

Some cities require a permit for street placement. The booking flow flags that for your address. Driveway placement usually needs no permit.

Loading

What cannot go in the container?

Do not put hazardous waste, chemicals, wet paint, or solvents in the container.

Do not put liquids, oils, fuels, or asbestos in the container.

Do not put tires, batteries, or appliances with refrigerant in the container unless you tell us first.

Do not put medical waste or propane tanks in the container.

Put concrete, dirt, asphalt, and brick in a 10-yard container only.

Do not fill a heavy-material load above the fill line.

Heavy loads (concrete, dirt, brick): call for pricing.

How full can I load the container?

Fill the container to the top rail.

Do not put material above the rail.

Remove any material above the rail before we haul the container.

Accounts

Do I need an account?

No. Book as a guest with your phone number. You can add a sign-in afterwards to see all your orders in one place.

How do contractor accounts work?

Create an account with your phone, save your job sites, and reorder or swap in one tap. Request net terms from the contractors page. The office reviews and approves them.
