Three steps to book. Then we handle the rest.
The whole flow lives on one page and takes about three minutes on a phone.
Enter the address and pick a size
We check the city rules for that exact address before we quote. If a city needs a permit or has a hauler rule, you see it right away instead of on delivery day.
Choose a delivery day and tell us where to set it
The calendar shows only days a truck and a container of your size are actually free. Add placement notes, drop a pin on the map, and choose a morning or afternoon window.
Pay and get your confirmation
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Homeowners see a hold for the base price plus one ton of possible overage; approved accounts can pay by invoice. Confirmation arrives by text and email.
What happens between delivery and your receipt
Delivery
Your tracking page moves to “On the way” when the driver leaves the yard, then “Delivered” with a drop-off photo.
Loading
Fill the container to the top rail. Do not put material above the rail. Request a swap or extra days from the tracking page.
Pickup & weigh
The driver photographs the load at pickup and hauls to an approved disposal site. The container is weighed at the disposal site.
Final invoice
Included weight is applied, any overage or extra days are itemized, and your receipt is posted. Nothing is charged that you cannot see.
Getting the site ready
- Leave about 60 feet of straight approach and 20 feet of overhead clearance.
- Move cars off the driveway on the morning of delivery.
- If the container sits on the street, check the permit flag shown during booking.
- Ask for boards under the rails in the placement notes.
