The clock starts when your order is paid and confirmed, and stops when the container is on the ground at your address. Three conditions have to hold for the window to apply. They are all below, in full.

What the 2-hour window covers
1. During business hours
The window applies to orders placed and confirmed during business hours: Mon–Sat, 7am–5pm Central time. Order by 3pm Central and we deliver the same day — that is the latest we can load, dispatch and still make the window before we close at 5pm.
Orders placed at or after 3pm, on a day we are closed, or on a holiday go to the next business day, and the booking calendar offers that day instead. You still get a 2-hour window — it just begins at 7am when we open.
2. Inside our service area
The window applies to addresses in the cities we are open in. Right now that is Baytown, Houston, Katy, Manvel.
Meadows Place, Missouri City, Splendora: we confirm the address with the city before dispatch, so the 2-hour window does not apply to those orders. We tell you during booking when that is the case.
Addresses outside the service area, and cities with an exclusive-hauler rule, are not covered. The booking flow checks your exact address before it quotes, so you know before you pay.
3. With clear site access
A roll-off truck needs room to back in and tip. If the driver cannot safely place the container, the window does not apply. What we need:
- About 60 feet of straight approach and 20 feet of overhead clearance.
- Cars, trailers and equipment moved off the drop spot.
- No locked gate, and a surface firm enough for a loaded truck.
- For street placement, the right-of-way permit flagged during booking and issued by the city. Permit waits are outside the window.
The rest of the fine print
- The clock starts at confirmation, not when you start filling the form. For orders that need city review, it starts when the office confirms.
- Same-day costs no extra. Delivery inside the 2-hour window is a same-day delivery, and it carries no surcharge. The price you are quoted is the price whether we come today or next week.
- One window per order. If you change the address, the size or the placement after booking, the 2-hour window restarts from the change.
- Weather and road closures. Conditions that make the route unsafe pause the window. We call you rather than guess.
- Scheduled deliveries. If you pick a future delivery day in the booking flow, you are choosing a date and window instead of the 2-hour guarantee.
